Regulations
1. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
a) Character nicknames/words entered into other game elements containing racist, fascist and uncultured words may be changed, blocked or deleted.
b) The alkatria.pl game administration reserves the right to delete an account/character without prior notice.
c) Each game account is the property of the Service Provider, who grants it for exclusive use to the person who created it.
d) It is prohibited to sell accounts and other game elements for money, as well as to transfer or make them available to other people. Only the person who created it can use the account.
e) The Player is responsible for keeping his password confidential. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Player's loss of the password and login and any subsequent actions performed using these data.
f) Accounts below level 10 are deleted after 30 days of inactivity (not logging in to the website).
g) The player must have JavaScript enabled in his browser and use an efficient browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.
h) A person registering on the website alkatria.pl fully accepts the entire Game Regulations.
i) Registration means that the user has read the Game Regulations of the alkatria.pl website.
j) The use of the entire alkatria.pl website is free of charge, however, the Service Provider has the right to introduce paid game elements that the Service User can voluntarily purchase in the "Premium Store" tab.
k) A player who decides to leave the game by deleting his account ceases to be a Service User. He is not refunded the money spent in the "Premium Store" and if he wants to return, no other game items are returned to him.
l) A person registered on the website alkatria.pl is called the Service Recipient.
2. GAME BUGS
a) Please report any errors noticed in the game on the forum, e-mail: support@alkatria.pl or via the Contact Panel on the home page/in-game.
b) Any abuse of game errors may result in blocking/deleting your account or game items.
c) The player has no right to provide information about errors found in the game to other users. Providing such information may result in blocking the account.
d) In special cases, the Service Provider may restore the game to a previously saved state in order to recover lost data. This may cause temporary errors and loss of some game elements.
e) The game and the entire alkatria.pl website are constantly being developed in order to acquire new Service Users, which may cause errors.
3. CHAT
3.1 Characters with the rank of Administrator [ADM], QuestDesigner [QD], Moderator [MC] and Helper [P] are called Rulers.
3.2 The manager has the right to mute the player, i.e. block the ability to write in the chat for a specified number of hours.
3.3 A complaint against one of the Administrators or an appeal against an imposed penalty should be submitted to the Contact Panel with evidence in the form of the nickname of the person who imposed the penalty and an unedited screenshot with the date and time visible.
a) Begging - a one-time admonition to the player by the Governor if he deems it appropriate. Ignoring the warning may result in the player being muted for 1-12 hours.
b) Chat links - chat links should not contain offensive or pornographic content, advertisements or anything that may offend other players. Sending such a link may result in being muted for 1-50 hours.
c) Spam, flood - cluttering the chat with several statements in a row, pasting part or the entire fight, using pitograms, using the Windows table, excessive sending of messages treated as spam. Ignoring the warning may result in silence for 1-50 hours.
d) Account trading - this is prohibited in the game. Mute for 100 hours + temporary or permanent blocking of the account after reporting to the Administration.
e) Advertising other websites - mute for 24 hours.
f) Information about other games, including names and links. Mute for 1-72 hours +/and temporary blocking of the account after reporting to the Administration.
g) Insulting other players: insulting with or without the use of profanity may result in muting from 1h to 100h.
h) Cheating players - all types of cheating attempts should be reported to the Contact Panel.
i) Using profanity MAY result in silence from 1 to 24 hours.
j) Inciting people to break the regulations - silence from 1 hour to 100 hours.
k) Slander from other players may result in a warning or even silence from 1 to 50 hours.
l) Questioning the Ruler's decision may result in silencing for 1 to 50 hours.
m) Criminal threats result in silence from 24 hours to 100 hours.
n) Insulting, slandering and ridiculing Game Managers/Service Providers may result in 1 to 100 hours of mute or account blocking.
o) Admitting to violating the Regulations of the alkatria.pl website may result in silencing for 24 to 100 hours or even account blocking.
p) Sending hints to the chat for tasks considered "mysterious", i.e. Hidden Puzzles, may result in being muted for 24 hours.
r) Excessive violation of the Chat Rules by a player will result in recidivism, i.e. multiplying the penalty by the number of offenses.
4. PREMIUM STORE AND SERVICE PROVISION
a) Payments are handled by the Service Provider: Devtektyw GRZEGORZ STANISŁAWSKI, NIP: 7952562588, REGON: 388296600, based in 37-700 Przemyśl, ul. Aleksandra Dworskiego 55/50.
b) All items sent through our store are a form of reward for the donation submitted.
c) In the "Premium Store" you can purchase a virtual currency called "Golden Cod".
d) Using the "Premium Store" is completely voluntary and is not necessary to play.
e) “Premium Store” is a special tab available in the game for people registered on the website alkatria.pl
f) The "Premium Store" can be found by logging in to alkatria.pl, entering the game using the "Play now" button and then clicking the store icon in the lower left corner of the game interface. (Preview screen: https://alkatria.pl/assets/uploads/2111b72d496fa9c808d821280fed072a.png)
e) Items can only be sent to your game account.
f) The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of items caused by sharing payment data (SMS content, telephone numbers, authorization codes) with third parties.
g) The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of items caused by errors made by users when making subsidy transactions in our Store (incorrectly entered SMS content, incorrect number to which the SMS was sent, etc.).
h) The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrect use of the "Premium Store" by the Service User.
i) The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems in the functioning of the "Premium Store" due to errors caused by third parties, the Internet provider, the payment service or updates.
j) A free item made available to users of the website alkatria.pl is the ability to use the online browser game "Alkatria". The Service Provider allows the Service User to use its game resources, game engine, game client and website.
5. GOLDEN COD
a) “Golden Cod” is a virtual currency on the alkatria.pl website, for which you can buy in-game items using the “Premium Store”
b) To top up "Golden Cod", select one of the available options in the "Premium Store" in the "Buy Cod" tab.
c) “Golden Cods” are awarded to the Service User immediately by the game system after their purchase.
d) Topping up "Golden Cod" in the "Premium Store" is possible by making online payments using the PayU website (Internet address of the PayU website: https://payu.com/) or Przelewy24 (Internet address of the Przelewy 24 website: http:// www.przelewy24.pl/) or PayPal (PayPal website address: http://www.paypal.com/)
e) Pursuant to Art. 38 point 1 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), after the service is completed, the Service Recipient loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
f) Before purchasing “Golden Cod”, please read the price of the service.
g) “Golden Cod” can only be purchased by a person capable and authorized to do so, in accordance with the provisions of the purchase of a paid service, or its legal guardian.
h) The service provider has the right to require true information from the Service Recipient about him, and the Service Recipient is obliged to provide only true data.
i) The services provided by the Service Provider of the alkatria.pl website are only virtual offers. These are not services or commercial offers!
j) Services the provider is not obliged to issue a VAT invoice in accordance with Art. 106 section 4. If the Service Recipient wishes to receive such an invoice, he or she must send a registered letter to the Service Provider's address within the statutory deadline, confirming the transfer to which the invoice relates, together with its details and an addressed return envelope.
k) The Service Provider has the right to change the prices of top-up "Golden Cod" with two weeks' notice in the Game Regulations.
6. CONTACT WITH THE GAME ADMINISTRATION
a) Contact with the Administration is possible via the Contact Panel on the home page/in-game or by e-mail: support@alkatria.pl.
b) Contact with the Administration is also possible in the game chat.
c) The in-game Contact Panel is a combined part of the Contact Panel from the main page of the alkatria.pl website.
d) The Administrator has the right to respond to a request from the Contact Panel within 14 business days.
e) Except for point 2.d. Game Regulations is a situation when an application or proposal has been sent to the Panel or e-mail. Then the Administrator has the right to respond to the message within 180 business days.
f) Messages from the Contact Panel are private and sharing them may result in account blocking.
7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
a) Personal data - referred to in the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781, as amended) - are not processed in the Game.
b) Player's personal data such as name, surname, telephone numbers, NIP, PESEL numbers, etc. and addresses are not collected in the Game and are not stored in it.
8. OTHER
a) Complaints related to the services provided by the Service Provider should be submitted in writing to reklamacje@alkatria.pl.
b) The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the regulations. Changes to the regulations come into force after 14 days from the date of posting information about the change on the website alkatria.pl
c) Using any game boosters will result in permanent account blocking.
d) The Service Provider uses cookies for the proper operation of the game. More about the Privacy Policy: https://alkatria.pl/polityka-prywatnosci
e) Every day at 6:00 a.m. the operation of the alkatria.pl website is interrupted for a few minutes in order to introduce new products and improve operation.
f) During the game, the game state is automatically saved every few minutes, which may cause slight difficulties in its functioning.
g) The Administrator has the right to perform a "restart" from time to time (on average every few/several days), i.e. a temporary break in the operation of the alkatria.pl website in order to introduce more news to the Service Users.
h) The Service User is obliged to check the Game Regulations daily to be up to date with their changes. By logging in to the game, the Service User accepts the entire Regulations of the alkatria.pl website and its changes.
9. SERVICES FROM PREMIUM STORE
9.1 Golden Cod top-up cost:
a) 25 Golden Cods cost PLN 5.
b) 50 Golden Cods cost PLN 10.
c) 75 Golden Cods cost PLN 15.
d) 100 Golden Cods cost PLN 20.
e) 125 Golden Cods cost PLN 25
f) 150 Golden Cods cost PLN 30.
g) 200 Golden Cod costs PLN 40.
h) 250 Golden Cods cost PLN 50.
i) 500 Golden Cods cost PLN 100
j) The Service Provider has the right to set a positive "Golden Cod" bonus for the selected transaction.
9.2 Offer for “Golden Cod” per Character:
a) Stat Reset costs 5 Golden Cod. This service allows the player to reset his character's stats so that he can deal them again.
b) Changing the character's name costs 70 Golden Cod. This service allows the player to change the nickname of his character.
c) Changing professions costs 100 Golden Cod. This service allows the player to change his character's profession.
d) Gender change costs 25 Golden Cod. This service allows the player to change the gender of his character.
e) Bestiary reset costs 5 Golden Cod. This service allows the player to reset the stats in the Bestiary tab to be able to deal them again.
f) Unlimited deposit costs 400 Golden Cod. This service Mr allows the player to use the deposit with an unlimited number of tabs.
9.3 Offer for “Golden Cod” Costumes with and without animation:
a) Each outfit with animation costs 125 Golden Cod. Allows the player to change their outfit to a unique Premium look with additional animation.
b) Each outfit without animation costs 100 Golden Cod. Allows the player to change their outfit to a unique Premium look without animations.
9.4 Offer for “Golden Cod” Cod Packs:
a) The Bronze Cod Package for a month costs 50 Golden Cod.
b) The Bronze Cod Package for 3 months costs 135 Golden Cod.
c) The Bronze Cod Package for 6 months costs 250 Golden Cod.
d) Each Brown Cod Package includes: Nickname recognition in the chat and a special frame for the character's title, the title Passepartout under the character's nickname, extension of the deposit by 3 tabs, the possibility of receiving a special title on the game's Discord server and access to special channels, increasing the daily entry limit to the dungeon 3 times and access to the Adventurer outfit.
e) The Silver Cod Package for a month costs 75 Golden Cod.
f) The Silver Cod Package for 3 months costs 210 Golden Cod.
g) The Silver Cod Package for 6 months costs 405 Golden Cod.
h) Each Silver Cod Package includes: Nickname recognition in the chat and a special frame for the character's title, the title of Explorer under the character's nickname, extension of the deposit by 5 tabs, the possibility of receiving a special title on the game's Discord server and access to special channels, increasing the daily entry limit to the dungeon o 4 times, access to the Adventurer outfit and selecting one outfit from the Outfits tab without animation.
i) The Golden Cod Package for a month costs 100 Golden Cod.
j) The Golden Cod Package for 3 months costs 270 Golden Cod.
k) The Golden Cod Package for 6 months costs 530 Golden Cod.
l) Each Golden Cod Package includes: Nickname recognition in the chat and a special frame for the character's title, the title Conqueror under the character's nickname, extension of the deposit by 8 tabs, the possibility of receiving a special title on the game's Discord server and access to special channels, increasing the daily entry limit to the dungeon 6 times, access to the Adventurer outfit, selection of two outfits from the Outfits tab without animations and an item bag with a capacity of 70 slots.
9.5 Offer in the Other tab for “Golden Cod”:
a) Currently none.
9.6 “Golden Cod” Seasonal Offers:
a) The Service Provider has the right to add "Seasonal Offers" to the store, which will be available in the Premium Store for a specified period of time. The prices of such services may differ from those listed above, and the offer may include elements that are not available on a daily basis.
10. THE ADMINISTRATION HAS THE RIGHT TO UNDERTAK ACTIONS NOT DESCRIBED IN THE REGULATIONS
